The Mackie
HR824 in action really is a revelation. The stereo sound field is wide, deep,
and incredibly detailed. High frequencies and midrange are clean and articulated.
Low frequencies response is accurate and you can finally hear through to the
actual instruments bass quality, textures and nuances.
The fabulous Yamaha O1V Digital
Mixer offers up to 24 inputs. There are two 32-bit ProR3 effects processors,
22 dynamic processors (compressor, gate, expander, auto-ducker, or hard and
soft companders) and 4 bands of 44-bit parametric EQ for all the main inputs.
The faders are motorized, full dynamic automation via midi. What's more, 48
channel capability is easily achieved by linking two machines, and of course,
exemplary sound quality!

The MOTU core system includes
the PCI-324 card and the rack space I/O unit. You can connect up to three
rack space I/O units to your computer for a total of 72 input and output connections.
The 2408mkII rack unit features
true 24-bit. This provides wider dynamic range. It can act as a stand-alone
audio format converter, if the computer is turned of. The unit provides 8
analog I/O, 24 channels of ADAT optical I/O, 24 channels of TDIF I/O, 2 channels

The PCI-324 is the heart of
the MOTU Audio System. With the ability to connect up to three audio interfaces
and direct the flow of up to 144 channels of audio. The PCI card supports
24-bit 96kHz.
